About
The MBK Baroudeur 1989 was my first mountain bike.
It was more called an ATB (All Terrain Bike) at the time.

Specifications
- Shimano SIS 3x8 speed
- Steel 2040 tubing
- Around 16000BEF (400EUR)
- Cantilever brakes
Project
Keep the frame, throw everything else away.
Problems
Stem bolt
I am missing the long bolt for the stem.
Derailleur
I ordered an adaptor to install a decent derailleur: https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/33042827071.html
Bottom bracket
I need a special tool to remove the bottom bracket with 3 hooks.
Wheels
The wheels are crap (no QR, 7 speed, bad rims), I have a spare Bontrager dual disk/rim brake for the front, but I am still looking for a decent rear wheel.
I have a DTSwiss disk wheel, but I would need to undish the wheel, and buy a rim designed for rim brakes.
