Apacer AL670

About

A multimedia player found in the "throwaway" bin at HSBXL. While the device looks fully functional, it is the posterchild of the "throwaway culture".

The device is based around the SoC Realtek RTD1073.

Next to the CPU, there is a 4 pins holes, so I soldered 4 pins header, and got a serial console (at the usual speed of 115200 bps):
